APS Chapters seek to support the development of graduate students and early-career individuals as colleagues and future leaders. To achieve these goals and build cohesive communities that will strengthen the discipline, we will:
- Develop opportunities for networking and for career and professional development.
- Empower individuals to build and promote inclusive and equitable communities.
- Support learning and practice for all, including those from underrepresented groups.
- Inform and facilitate engagement on policy issues impacting the profession.
